On April 27, 2010, Pearli delighted AVW with the most incredible filly! She was sold within an hour of her birth. She looks Palomino but we think she is a buckskin! DNA testing is being done at UC DAVIS. If you would like to guess on what color this little beauty is, e-mail me with your prediction! Her new owner, Linda Nichols of Esparto, CA, aptly named her "Shotgun's Dainty Image" Dam is Gen's Dainty Pearl. A fabulous cross with everything correct and she gaits like a little fool.

Shotgun's Bronze Legacy, aka "Legs" is the dream filly I have been waiting for since I watched Dale Evens ride her beautiful buckskin, Buttermilk. I have waited four years for La Nina to pass on her cream gene and Legs was well worth the wait! She is a keeper for AVW. She comes to greet me each day with a nuzzle on my lips. Strong shoulder, huge sloping croup, big bone and true four-beat gait and slate blue eyes. Oh how I adore this filly! She is everything I wished for in my breeding program. Out of Breese's La Nina, a Canadian mare with top form bloodlines. I have big plans for this little filly's future! Born on April 8, 2010. La Nina is being bred back for a 2011 foal.
